U Ok?‚ Geht‘s Noch? has travelled time and space and is finally reborn as U Ok? Sebastian Ingrosso, Steve Angello and PARISI created a massive update, and I couldn’t be more proud and happy – Roman Flügel
U Ok? is PARISI’s latest collaboration with Sebastian Ingrosso and Steve Angello which follows the January 2023 two-track single Church as part of Ingrosso and Angello’s ‘Buy Now’ alias.
“We were both teenagers when we heard Roman Flügel’s Geht’s Noch? for the first time. That lead was so pure and genius. The track totally shocked us. It certainly has been one of the most influential club records for us and we always said that one day we would do an edit of this to play live. Incredibly enough, a couple of months ago, Jack’s best friend found an old USB stick from the time they used to DJ (2012 more or less) and the isolated lead of Geht’s Noch was in there. We made a quick edit and we played that to our brothers Seb and Steve. They also have an emotional attachment to this record, and we decided to keep working on this together and to release it as a collaboration. Truly, we couldn’t be happier and thank you Roman for allowing us to bring this classic to life again.”
Signalling the start of a run of incredible new music, Brothers Marco and Jack Parisi are multi-instrumentalist writers, producers and performers. The mastermind duo behind some of the biggest and the most culturally relevant dance records of this decade, PARISI have played a big part in Fred again’s… music and DJ sets, along with collaborating and writing with electronic artists Swedish House Mafia, Tiësto and Chris Lake, and pop and hip-hop artists including Ed Sheeran, Black Eyed Peas, RZA and more.
