Armada teases anonymized deep house track
Some might call it a weird advertising strategy, but as recent results demonstrate teasing anonymized tracks has been very successful. In fact, this opens up diverse speculations and therefore ensures that attention reaches its peak. As has been the case in two Musical Freedom previews lately, Dutch record label Armada now also gives it a whirl for the upcoming release on their sub-label M Recordings.
In spite of quite plausible rumours that French comrades-in-study Cédric Steinmyller and Edgar Catry, better known as Klingande, might be the manufacturers behind the song, we can now safely say that they are not. In fact, the track springs up from the home studio of two up and coming deep house producers, one from Brussel, one from Paris. The talk is of Henri Peiffer alias Henri Pfr and Stanislas Vanseghbroeck alias Stone Van Brooken. Soon out on M Recordings, their collaborative effort ‘Tarida’ – how the track is called – is furnished with tight beats and a warm sax-driven melody that arouses the desire for more.
